As you are probably aware, over the past 2 years there have been many revelations coming from the US Department of Defense, and others, that concern UFOs. These revelations have been disseminated to the public through several reputable media sources. My purpose in contacting you is:

1. To make certain you are aware of these new revelations.
2. To ask what role, if any, you are playing in governmental decision making, relative to UFOs, that may and likely will have consequences for me, my family, and indeed all your Montana constituents. 

Briefly, these new revelations are summarized as follows:

1. The US Department of Defense spent 22 million dollars between 2007 and 2012 to study UFOs through the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP). This program was promoted and received funding through the efforts of Senators Harry Reid, Ted Stevens (who had his own UFO encounter as a military pilot), and Daniel Inouye.
2. With a conspicuous absence of further details, we have also been informed that similar DoD efforts to study UFOs have followed on the heels of AATIP, through the present day.
3. To the Stars Academy of Arts and Science’s (TTSA) spokesperson Luis Elizondo, previous director of the Pentagon’s AATIP program for a period of a decade, has stated that AATIP’s efforts over his tenure resulted in the acquisition of a “a lot” of information about UFOs that remains classified.
4. FLIR videos acquired by US Navy pilots attempting to intercept UFOs have been confirmed by a US Navy spokesperson as real videos of real UFOs that today remain (allegedly) unidentified.
5. “Fleets” of UFOs seen on US Navy radars have repeatedly entered restricted US airspace at will, and some have directly interacted with US Navy pilots deployed from both the USS Nimitz and the USS Roosevelt, at close range.
6. During these encounters, the UFOs (nicknamed “Tic’Tac”, “Gimbal”, and “Go-Fast”) performed aerial maneuvers and exhibited behavioral responses that unmistakably suggest an intelligence was guiding/piloting those UFOs. During each of those encounters, our Navy pilots have been incapable of either intercepting or matching the extreme performance characteristics of the UFOs. However, our US Navy pilots were able to maneuver within a close-enough proximity to the UFOs to gain detailed visual descriptions of the UFO planforms.
7. Four US Navy pilots deployed from the USS Roosevelt have reported a near-miss encounter with at least 1 UFO involving two F-18 Super Hornets. In that encounter the UFO “flew” between the two aircraft, and within 150 feet of each aircraft, on at least one occasion.
8. We have been assured by previous Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence Christopher Mellon that these UFOs are not a technology belonging to the US, Russia, China, or any other nation on Earth, as far as is known. Given our nation’s 7 decades-long history of repeated encounters with UFOs involving tens of thousands of first-hand eyewitnesses that extends well back into the early 1940’s, we can surmise Mellon’s statement is correct. These intelligently controlled UFOs are not technologies that originate from any nation recognized in our current consensus reality.
9. Encrypted information concerning CAP (Combat Air Patrol) coordinates has been hacked by UFOs interacting with our US Navy Pilots (pilot David Fravor, radar operator Kevin Day). This should not have been possible yet did happen.
10. The US Navy has created and approved a new reporting system for US Navy pilots who encounter UFOs. A Navy spokesperson has flatly stated that no newly acquired information about Navy UFO encounters will be shared with the public.
11. “Metamaterials” have been recovered from UFOs. How those “metamaterials” came to be in the possession of US military assets remains undisclosed. The 1947 “Roswell Incident” is one possible explanation. The details of this incident have been well-documented by UFO researchers. That these “metamaterials” are in the possession of US military assets strongly implies the possibility that hostile exchanges between the US military and UFOs have resulted in the acquisition of these “metamaterials”. If the US military considers UFOs and their pilots as “enemy combatants”, shouldn’t the general public be informed of this?
12. Bigelow Aerospace received public funding to study these recovered UFO “metamaterials” between 2007 - 2012. “Dozens of reports” were generated from these studies. The content of some of these reports has been made public.
13. Since at least 1967, UFOs have shut down both US and Russian nuclear missiles on multiple occasions at multiple locations, per Senator Harry Reid, USAF Capt. Robert Salas, USAF Capt. Robert Jacobs, and several USAF officers/missileers who were present when these incidents occurred. On at least 4 occasions, in both the US and in Russia, land-based nuclear weapons were briefly activated by UFOs! The public has never been appropriately and officially informed about these incidents. US military personnel who witnessed these events were required to sign non-disclosure agreements and ordered to never talk about these startling and very important incidents.
14.  Very recently (October, 2019), To the Stars Academy of Arts and Science, a recently formed, (allegedly) “For Public Benefit” corporation, has signed a contract with the US Army’s Combat Capabilities Development Command to provide, research, and exploit UFO “metamaterials” for the purposes of “inertial mass reduction, mechanical/structural metamaterials, electromagnetic metamaterial waveguides, quantum physics, quantum communications, and beamed energy propulsion”. The stated goal of this collaborative effort is to research and exploit relevant discoveries with the goal of incorporating these discoveries into the design capabilities of “US Army ground vehicles”.

Because I have followed the gradual Disclosure of the UFO reality for many years, I have found none of these revelations particularly shocking. That our world is being engaged by other-than-human beings who are highly intelligent and very technologically advanced, yet non-human, I now regard as fact - an expected and timely solution to what has been termed “The Fermi Paradox”. Clearly, they, whoever they are, are here. Our society will soon experience what will be nothing less than a revolution in our consensus worldview.
The questions I pose, as an American citizen and one of your constituents are, how is our nation, and particularly our nation’s Department of Defense, responding to this phenomenon? Are UFOs and their occupants regarded as enemy combatants? Are there standing orders to shoot-down UFOs if such an opportunity presents? Have you, my (Governor, US Senate, US House of Representatives) representative in (Montana, Congress) been informed about what is known about these developments, and their implications? Are you aware of past incidents that have involved UFOs vs. our nuclear weapons? If you have not been informed about all of this then how can you, as my representative in (Montana, Congress), promote either my interests, those of my family, or the interests of other Montanans in what is most certainly an evolving and potentially volatile relationship with these newcomers (if indeed they be “newcomers”)?
Do you know if efforts have been made toward directly communicating with these beings to determine who they are, why they are here, what their intentions may be, why they have shut down (and on 4 occasions, activated) our nuclear weapons, or how the US government came into possession of these “metamaterials” derived from their alien technology?
There are many, many questions and too few answers to reassure me that our nation is not already in a shooting war with these beings. There is no denying this may be the case, for how else would our DoD and TTSA have come into possession of these “metamaterials” derived from UFO technology? Are we in peril due to a perceived-to-be warranted, but possibly unwarranted, aggressive posture toward these visitors by our own military? If so, what past events precipitated, and still justify, this aggression?
If you, (Governor Bullock, Senator Daines, Senator Tester, Representative Gianforte) have not been informed about these important details that may soon concern all Montanans, I hope you will begin seeking answers to these very legitimate questions.
A large billboard currently stands along Hwy 12 between Helena and East Helena that proclaims, “UFO Disclosure Is in Progress” “Get Ready.” “Get Informed.”. An estimated 46,000 passersby are seeing that billboard weekly. Dr. Joan Bird and Dr. Richard O’Connor of Helena have, for 3 semesters, been leading a class at U of M Helena College titled UFOs: Are They a Threat to Our National Security? It will not be too long before a tipping point is reached, after which concerned Montana citizens, like me, are going to be asking you similar, pointed questions as we all strive to understand what is happening, and what the implications may be for the lives of all of us.   
You do not need to be reminded that Montana is a heavily nuclear weapons-armed state. Given how mysteriously yet adeptly these beings and their craft have disabled our nuclear weapons right here in Montana (Malmstrom AFB) on more than one occasion and have, at other locations, briefly switched-on nuclear missiles both in the US and in Russia on 4 occasions, Montana’s citizens should be especially concerned about these new developments. Our state could be in real and present danger of nuclear annihilation by our nation’s own nuclear weapons should our nation’s relationship with these beings begin to turn completely sour.  
We are depending on you, (Governor Bullock, Senator Daines, Senator Tester, Representative Gianforte) to become well informed about these developments and to provide leadership toward moving our nation away from armed conflict with these visitors. Leaving these issues to be dealt with solely by the US DoD will be a grave mistake. You have a definite “Need to Know”, and you must press this constitutional right as the (Montana’s, US Congress’) representative of all Montanans. Given the level of technology possessed by these beings as described by our own US Navy pilots and many others, given all we do not know about their military capabilities, and given the extreme vulnerability of our beloved state of Montana to an induced nuclear holocaust that quite apparently could be triggered by these alien visitors ( a capability they have clearly demonstrated on numerous occasions), it is my opinion that EXTREME and IMMEDIATE efforts must be taken to directly and transparently communicate with these beings, discuss the reasons for their presence here and attempt, through persistent diplomatic efforts, to resolve our differences, real or imagined.
It is very likely that the many centuries of anthropocentric sovereignty humans have heretofore enjoyed (or inflicted?) on planet Earth are nearing their end. We are entering a new age, a new paradigm. With these visitors we could, depending on the choices we make, be headed toward a new beginning – if we have the wisdom and the courage to explore and cultivate what could become our common interests. In my opinion, communication, diplomacy, and avoiding hostile action toward these visitors is key. At the very least, we must try our best to avoid escalating what may have already become a conflict with these highly intelligent and technologically advanced other-than-human beings whose capabilities and agendas we clearly know little about.

UFO Disclosure continues to unfold, a process that began in October, 2017 with the launch of To the Stars Academy of Arts and Sciences and the first public revelations of the now-famous UFO incidents involving the USS Nimitz and USS Roosevelt Strike Groups. This announcement was soon followed in December 16, 2017 by this New York Times article:

The article above detailed the existence of the Pentagon's Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), a 22 million dollar program initiated by Senators Harry Reid, Ted Stevens, and Daniel Inouye, and tasked with gathering information about military UFO encounters.

Not long after the release of that NYT article, we began to see a series of interviews coming through Tucker Carlson of Fox News featuring several individuals involved with To the Stars Academy of Arts and Sciences (TTSA). This recently formed corporation (in which you can currently purchase shares) is a capitalistic enterprise founded by rock star Tom DeLonge and involving, as principals, a cadre of highly accomplished individuals from government, academia, and aerospace. TTSA has taken center stage in this ongoing saga of UFO Disclosure. Those individuals, and their credentials, are identified on the TTSA website:

For reasons yet unexplained, TTSA has apparently been selected by the US Department of Defense (DoD) as the vehicle through which the general public will be made aware of a "UFO narrative" that has been approved by the DoD for public release. Fox News presented an interview (below) with Luis Elizondo, previous Director of the Pentagon's Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), and one of the principals involved with TTSA. This interview with Mr. Elizondo sums up the Pentagon's public stance on UFOs - "they are real, they are engaging our Navy pilots, we don't know what they are, we don't know how they work (make note of this), we certainly don't know who they belong to, and they are considered a threat to national security until proven otherwise." This last claim is a far cry from what we have been told about UFOs since Project Blue Book was closed in the late 1960s!

Subsequent to these televised interview with LuisElizondo, Christopher Mellon, and several others, select members of Congress have (presently) been receiving classified briefings from Pentagon officials that, we are told, are revealing an increasing number of US military UFO incidents, not yet characterized as hostile confrontations, in which US Navy pilots are encountering UFOs off both coasts of the US, and sometimes at very close range (less than 150 feet!). So far the public has been allowed to see three FLIR (Forward Looking InfraRed) videos (dubbed the "Tic-Tac", "Go Fast", and "Gimbal") captured by F-18 Super Hornets piloted by US Navy pilots. The provenance of these FLIR videos is supported by Navy pilot's (David Fravor, among others) visual confirmations, as well as recorded electronic data captured by state-of-the-art Aegis class radar and sonar systems aboard the USS Nimitz, USS Princeton, the USS Roosevelt, and an "eye in the sky" Northrop Grumman  E-2 Hawkeye radar surveillance aircraft. These UFO encounters are now being characterized as a threat to US national security due not only to air safety concerns, but also to the possibility that these UFOs may (purportedly) represent newly developed technology presently possessed by "Earthly" US adversaries, the primary concerns being Russia and/or China. The question of "who's behind the wheel" of these UFOs is a very important question, and one that should concern every American citizen. Unfortunately, this is the very question that those interviewed are refusing to honestly address. Listen to this interview with Senator Mark Walker (R, North Carolina), Vice-Chairman of the Senate Committee on Terrorism and Counter-Intelligence who was recently briefed on these UFO incidents by officials from the Pentagon.

To his credit, Tucker Carlson is asking the right questions in a straight-forward manner. The answers he is getting from Senator Walker... well, not so much. Senator Walker's speculation about these UFOs possibly being "hypersonic Chinese missiles" is patently ridiculous, an obvious conclusion if Senator Walker would carefully listen to the testimony of Kevin Day, who was the Senior Chief Operations Specialist aboard the USS Nimitz (below). We must wonder what Senator Walker was told during his briefing?

Everyone will agree that "hypersonic Chinese missiles" are not going to be picked up on Aegis class radar at an altitude of 28,000 feet while moving at a velocity of 100 knots, then vertically changing altitude from 28,000 feet to near 0 feet above sea level in 0.78 seconds - a speed approaching 25,000 MPH! Nor are they going to hover while apparently waiting, stationary, at the precise altitude, latitude, and longitude previously designated as the rendezvous point (the "CAP") for that day's USS Nimitz air exercises. That encrypted information should have been known only to the pilots and flight controllers aboard the Nimitz!  Hopefully, all members of Congress will soon get up to speed on this, including our Montana Senator Jon Tester. 

​Almost from day one of this ongoing UFO Disclosure process, the word "threat" has been deliberately emphasized while this information has been spilled out to the public. The same is apparently also true with regard to the information being fed to Senator Walker, as well as other members of Congress. Before any average American citizen, or any member of Congress can make a knowledgeable assessment concerning the "threat" level of UFOs, we are going to need a lot more information. We cannot and must not jump on board the "UFO threat wagon" based upon the information we have been given so far, as so far this information has not been convincing of "threat". To fully understand why, it is important that we look back through the decades-long history of the UFO phenomenon, to events prior to the 2004 USS Nimitz or the 2012 USS Roosevelt incidents. A review of 7 decades (minimum) of past UFO history in both the US and throughout the world is beyond the scope of this article, but suffice it to say we have not been overtly invaded nor enslaved. "They" closely observed Earth's development of atomic weapons but did not invade our world when we had only two, rather than now several thousands, of nuclear weapons. It appears "they" are here, at this present time, as observers of our civilization. Do some homework, and begin with the book UFOs: Generals, Pilots, and Government Officials Go on the Record by Leslie Kean.

If we consider the relatively benign (according to publicly available information) UFO world history, along with the several obviously disingenuous statements we have more recently heard accompany this present Disclosure process, statements like ", we don't know what they are", and, "we don't know who's behind the wheel", we can surmise a clearer picture of where this current effort toward UFO Disclosure may be heading, and why we must approach this present UFO Disclosure with both eyes wide open. Perhaps the most extreme version purporting to explain where all this may be going has come from Dr. Steven Greer through a full-length documentary titled Unacknowledged. It is recommended viewing, while keeping in mind that, due to the long-standing cover-up of still classified UFO-related information, it is likely that none outside of the DoD have been privy to all necessary information required to fully assess the big picture that would help us understand precisely where this current UFO Disclosure is intending to take us. It is now common knowledge that the US DoD has been studying UFOs intensively through compartmentalized Unacknowledged Special Access Programs (USAPs), programs like AATIP, for over 7 decades. Many tax dollars (billions? trillions?) have been diverted into these projects since the late 1940s. It is common knowledge that there has been a UFO cover-up, or a "UFO truth embargo", that has gone on for decades. Everyone who has been paying attention already knows this. It was long ago established within the DoD, at least since the Roswell Incident in July, 1947, that some UFOs, the ones we are interested in, the ones our Navy pilots are encountering, are "extraterrestrial" (let us define "extraterrestrial" as simply meaning "of non-human origin", making no assumptions regarding where they come from). That debate has been (albeit unofficially) settled for quite some time, so let's move on from there. Likewise, the claim, 'We don't know if we may have been technologically leapfrogged by Russia or China" is yet another deliberately misleading statement, one intended to gain the attention of Congress - those who control the purse strings. If this statement was remotely plausible, which it isn't, US intelligence efforts would have picked up on this long before now. It's what they do, and the US military / industrial / intelligence complex is very competent at what they do. Credit where credit is due, but the wiggle room they have left themselves (or, rather, their predecessors have left to them) on this topic is not spacious, to say the least. They will deal with the UFO cover-up's fallout as necessary, and a tipping-point on all this appears to be close at hand. If that fallout requires some brief period of martial law to re-establish our nation's equilibrium as this UFO Disclosure effort plays out, then so be it. We need to accomplish UFO Disclosure. For a variety of reasons beyond the scope of this article, this current effort toward UFO Disclosure must not fail. 

Without a doubt, American citizens and Congress need to get on board and engaged with this current Disclosure process. The now-public exposure of these UFO incidents involving the USS Nimitz and USS Roosevelt are serving as valuable springboards from which we can leave a 7 decades-long UFO cover-up in our rear-view mirror. We should all be elated that this long overdue UFO Disclosure is now being allowed to take place. But, why sell this campaign based upon a bunch of half-truths? Why not tell it like it is? Why not tell us, straight-up, why "they" may be a threat, allowing American citizens to consider that evidence and come to our own conclusions? Tell us, straight-up, that these "Tic-Tac" aircraft are of non-human origin, and allow all world citizens to begin processing this information into a new and improved worldview, one more fact-based and realistic than the ones in which our civilization has been mired for the past couple of thousand years? We have beliefs, new information becomes available, we change our beliefs  - it's not that complicated. Many of us have already gone through this process, and it just wasn't that painful. For myself, I would characterize that transition as being both liberating and hopeful. Observing the lies, the "statecraft", and the abuse of our democratic processes that have been applied to maintain the decades-long UFO cover-up is what has been painful.

Might these UFOs vs. nukes incidents explain why our DoD is trying so hard to convince the public that UFOs are a threat? Are there other reasons of which we have not been made aware? It is easy to see why the DoD would interpret these UFOs vs. nukes events as a threat, but are they? These historical UFO vs. nukes events MUST BE related to this current UFO Disclosure effort, and why this effort is happening now.

​These past events and the apparent increase in military UFO encounters within US airspace may also explain why there is a recent push to establish the US Space Force, and why Russia is expressing its consternation over US plans to place weapons in space. They claim this is already happening. (speculation: crop circles may be evidence of this?) Russia's concerns about a new (and likely very expensive) arms race in space are well grounded, however the US is clearly moving forward with this.

In the video below we see President Trump ceremoniously establishing a new branch of the US DoD, dubbed the US Space Force.  This just happened in 2019.

Let's take a look at President Trump's  budget proposal for 2020. In it (below), we see that US military spending is being granted a significant increase, and at the expense of almost every other facet of US government spending. What about the environment? Throw it under the bus! Any chance of healthcare for all? Forget it, not going to happen! Could our presently pathetic "roads" to some of our nation's most scenic National Forest Service trailheads be improved? Not on your life! Might Helena's Myrna Loy Center, our local venue for artistic expression of all descriptions, maybe receive more financial support from the National Endowment for the Arts? Not while we have plans for some wars in space!  Our country seems to now be well down the path toward becoming like Sparta, the Greek city-state that valued only an extreme form of militarism, while nothing else mattered. 

Is this newest increase in US defense spending due, at least in part, to plans to expand the reach of the US military out into space? Are US military strategists contemplating a new war zone in space? Yes, they have confirmed this!

Was previous Canadian Minister of Defense Paul Hellyer right on the money when he stated, "The United States military are preparing weapons which could be used against the aliens, and they could get us into an intergalactic war without us ever having any warning."?

Given the newly established US Space Force and in light of the present (why now?) push toward UFO Disclosure, the answers to these questions are obviously - yes!  So, who will the US military be fighting out there in space, and how? Does the US military already possess weapons and vehicles derived from the reverse-engineering of extraterrestrial (non-human) hardware as suggested by Bob Lazar, Tom DeLonge, Peter Lavenda, Michael Schratt, William Tompkins, the MJ-12 Documents​, among others? After all, we've already been shown by Hal Putoff (physicist and Director of the Center For Advanced Studies in Austin, TX) "metamaterials" allegedly derived from UFOs, apparently designed and manufactured to act as an anti-gravity wave-guide for terahertz frequency electromagnetic energy. Have these "metamaterials" already been replicated in US national laboratories, or by Bigelow Aerospace? Again, the answers to the questions are, very likely, yes. This position is strongly supported by the evidence of a recently granted patent (patent number 10,144,532 B2), assignee the US Government through the Secretary of the Navy (currently civilian Richard V. Spencer), submitted by one Salvatore Cezar Pais. This existing patent is for the design and construction of what is, essentially, an anti-gravity UFO allegedly capable of  travelling at supra-luminal velocities - i.e., faster than the speed of light! Please take note that Hal Putoff's paper is cited in this patent application.

                                                                                         Now, Into the Weeds!

​Most of the information cited above is not based in conjecture. All that is described above is happening now. Below, however, we are going out "into the weeds".

These UFO craft, and whatever non-human intelligence they belong to, demonstrate a level of technological sophistication and intelligence that, it would seem, should not be trifled with. Historically, it appears increasingly likely these beings and their craft have been present in mankind's reality for a very long time, possibly from our very beginnings, and certainly longer than our existing written historical records - incomplete as they are. Scholarly translations of ancient Sumerian texts via Zecharia Sitchin (these cuneiform texts pre-date the Bible by several thousands of years) suggest homo sapiens sapiens (we) may be a genetically-engineered species derived from a previously existing, evolved-on-Earth hominid primate, a product of an expertise in genetic engineering applied long ago by these more ancient civilizations visiting Earth. As incredible as this sounds, this explanation for our very existence is gaining traction in our society and accrues more credibility when we consider the accounts of present-day Contactees / Experiencers. These individuals have, for decades, consistently reported undergoing procedures to harvest the sexual gametes involved in human reproduction. It appears that the project involving the genetic engineering of our species is not yet complete. Given conditions on this planet presently, perhaps that is a good thing?

Engaging in a hostile relationship with those who may have created us, and just when our awareness of them is finally dawning upon mankind, will be the very definition of foolishness and stupidity. If they are our creators then they are also, at least in part, our progenitors. It is very possible we carry some elements of their DNA. Regardless, we can be certain they will reserve the right to erase their creation if they deem this necessary, and the Biblical account of "The Great Flood" that occurred approximately 10,000 years ago might possibly be one example of a previous, extreme measure taken to accomplish just that - a re-boot of "the great experiment". Graham Hancock's new book, America Before: The Key to Earth's Lost Civilization presents convincing evidence that just such a cataclysm did, in fact, occur, decimating a previous advanced civilization on Earth. Presently, humanity may have, once again, arrived at the very same crossroads we had previously arrived at once before, yet failed to successfully negotiate. Will we, due to the hubris of our military leaders, once again be sent back to the stone age? Humanity may indeed be very special, but not in the ways we have previously thought. And not so special that we are not expendable for the best interests of this planet and its wide variety of species that our nuclear weapons threaten, every minute of every day.

Inserted here, briefly, is mention of a separate but also important phenomenon that may be related to UFOs (this author believes it is), one that is no less mystifying, yet is more terrifying than UFOs. This other phenomenon, although widely overlooked due to its completely absurd and violent nature, is very real and is still ongoing. It makes clear a willingness, by someone, to inflict a painful death on powerful yet innocent animals, with cases now numbering in the thousands. These "procedures" exhibit surgical precision using technologies and instruments that do not exist in our reality under the circumstances in which these events are happening. I am referring to cattle mutilations, and I know they are real because I have examined one that occurred near Choteau, Montana. After nearly 5 decades of investigations involving hundreds of cases, the perpetrators of these gruesome acts remain, like UFOs, entirely Unidentified. Photos of the stereotypical excisions associated with these surgically precise procedures can be found on the internet (see link below) and are easily recognizable. It seems they are done in this repetitive manner so to be readily identifiable.

If those beings "behind the wheel" of the UFOs are also responsible for these acts of cold and calculated violence, then it is absolutely imperative we do everything possible to prevent this same kind of violence from being inflicted on mankind. Given the extreme absurdity of these events (there is no apparent rhyme or reason for these acts of violence) we must consider the distinct possibility that each occurrence may be intended as a message of warning to mankind, a message that speaks of a capability, and a willingness, to inflict unspeakable harm on a living creature - while still conspicuously excluding humans as victims - so far. Should our world's militaries begin to target "extraterrestrials" in space, and if it is those same "extraterrestrials" who are the perpetrators behind cattle mutilations, which appears likely, for how long will human beings continue to remain immune to these acts of violence? If we begin to find human beings left in fields and exhibiting the well-documented stereotypical excisions, we will know we have crossed a line. We do not want to go there! The terror that would result in our society would simply be unthinkable, and we will be helpless to put a stop to it. The time to prevent this from ever happening is now.

                                                                                                What to do?

We need to slow down our preparations for war in space and instead prioritize making peaceful Contact with these visitors. Due to decades of UFO secrecy we have no idea if this has previously been attempted by our government, other governments, or the United Nations. We (our government) should engage in an all-out effort to Contact these beings through every means at our disposal, sending out a peaceful invitation for Contact through SETI radio-telescopes, AM and FM radio, satellite-televised invitations from Presidents Trump and Putin, Morse code laser-born messages beamed from Mauna Kea - whatever. We now know that UFOs and the intelligence behind them are real. If we can elicit peaceful Contact with these Visitors, then and only then can we begin asking some very important questions in a civilized manner, the answers to which may be imperative for our own future progress, if not our survival. What might our questions be?

1. How long has your species been in contact with planet Earth?
2. Did your species have anything to do with genetically engineering our human species?
3. Why have you tampered with US and Russian nuclear missiles? *
4. Do your leaders view our species (humankind) as one "more special" than any of Earth's other species? *
5. Do you have bases on Earth?
6. Is your civilization part of a more extensive group of other galactic / intergalactic civilizations?
7. Was peace ever achieved on your planet of origin?
8. Did our world religions derive from human encounters with your species an/or your technology in our distant past? *

The list of relevant and valid questions could be very long indeed, and the answers we receive will be critical to the long-term survival and progress of our civilization, both here on Earth and beyond.

On October 11, 2017 the public was informed in a semi-official manner that the US government has been investigating UFOs for at least the past decade, that UFOs are real, and that they are not (all) ours – meaning they do not stem from human ken, logic, or manufacture. It follows that human beings are not the highest example of intelligence in our immediate neighborhood. There are others. They are apparently interacting with our friends, neighbors, relatives, and fellow citizens. This has been happening for a long time. It is now October 15, 2017 and the mainstream media has not yet engaged with these revelations in a meaningful way. Make a note of that and think about what that possibly means.  

​For me, and I am certain for many others, this event was not only pleasantly surprising, but was also vindicating as well. A group of 6 men held a press conference that was streamed live over the internet, and its purpose was to unveil a plan that could literally change our world. A new corporate entity has been established, one “For Public Benefit” called To the Stars Academy of Arts and Science. If you check out their website, https://dpo.tothestarsacademy.com (use Google Chrome as your browser) you can research their mission statement, the composition of their team, and how they plan to grow an organization owned by citizen stockholders who are willing to take a leap of faith and invest a minimum of $200 USD for stock that has been valued at $5/share. Yesterday I took that leap of faith and I purchased 200 shares of common stock in To the Stars Academy of Arts and Science. I hope you will consider doing the same, because this effort needs your support. For better or for worse, we live in a nation that is our world’s bastion of capitalism, and it is this capitalistic model that has apparently been sanctioned and ordained as the path through which, we are told, vetted and reliable information concerning the UFO phenomenon will be allowed to flow into the public domain. I have chosen to believe in this and give this effort my full support – for now.

What, most importantly, did we learn from this presentation? Well, as my friend and medical colleague Dr. Jesse A. Marcel Jr. said to me on many occasions, we learned from several previous US government officials, through several refreshingly straightforward statements they made, that “We are not alone!”

During this 40-minute presentation we were introduced to Tom DeLonge, previous lead singer and lead guitar player for the rock band Blink-182, and to 5 other individuals – only one of whose name I recognized, and for good reason. All 5 of these men have been directly and intimately involved in our government’s clandestine management of the UFO phenomenon – programs to understand it, programs to cover it up, programs to cover-up the cover-ups, and programs to reverse-engineer it and then manufacture it to the best of our still-limited understanding of the physics involved. As Mr. Luis Elizondo put it, he was involved in programs he characterized as “close-hold, nuanced programs involving national security.” Mr. Elizondo was, “up until only a few days ago”, working within the US Department of Defense (DoD) in a program he described as follows:

“For nearly the last decade, I ran a sensitive aerospace threat identification program focusing on unidentified aerial technologies. It was in this position I learned that the phenomenon is, indeed, real.”

For many decades we have known that those words, SPOKEN BY THE RIGHT PERSON, could change public perception about the reality of UFOs. Mr. Elizondo is, finally, the right person who has irrevocably and unequivocally spoken those words.
Whether UFOs do, in fact, represent a threat to our world is highly questionable. UFOs and their occupants/creators have been interacting with humanity for a very long time, apparently at least for many centuries, and I am not aware of any events that I could characterize as representing a verifiable threat from UFOs (their occupants) to human civilization on this planet. If I am wrong about this, then the DoD needs to enlighten me and all other citizens about just how UFOs could be considered a threat to our national security. If the US DoD interprets UFOs shutting down its nuclear missiles as a threat to our national security (and such events have happened on several occasions – watch this video produced by UFO researcher Robert Hastings: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hUr_TF9o7sY&t=353s), then I would debate that point as follows.

At this very moment, a potential conflict that could well involve a global nuclear war has, for some time, been brewing between the nuclear weapons-armed US and North Korea. There can be no debate that this potential conflict does indeed represent a real and verifiable threat to our national security. Previous UFO incursions that have involved shutting down both US and Russian nuclear missiles MUST be brought to the full attention of the public to stimulate wider discussion and public debate concerning what we should define as threats to our national security. We should be enlightened as to what specific past UFO events we should interpret as being threats to our national security. UFO incursions involving shutting down nuclear missiles could, and I believe do, represent an effort directed only toward awakening mankind to the very real and present danger nuclear weapons represent to the survival of not only our human family, but also to the millions of evolved species on this planet who have no voice at the negotiating table. We need much more discussion about what true stewardship of this planet should look like. Hopefully, To the Stars Academy of Arts and Science will serve as the catalyst that will enliven this much-needed conversation.    

I am a physician in the relatively small town of Helena, MT. It was here that I first met and then got to know Dr. Jesse A. Marcel Jr., his wife Linda, and several of his children. These relationships began in 1988 and go on through the present. When Dr. Marcel told me that his father, Major Jesse A. Marcel Sr., had been directly involved in the recovery of a crashed UFO near Roswell in 1947, one that “was not of this world”, I knew then, and I know better now, that he was not a liar. There are, apparently, many liars in this world, but I knew that he was not one of them. For many years I have felt that this information was so important for people to know and to take to heart that I have been compelled to talk with people about this at every opportunity, to engage in public presentations about UFOs, to teach courses about UFOs in college classrooms, and to open a library (The Jesse A. Marcel Library) containing as much information about this subject as I felt I could afford to acquire and make available to the public. I cannot tell you how much easier it will now be to stand in front of both friends and strangers and state, with complete conviction, that the UFO phenomenon is real and it is important, for now my statements will be backed up by the words of Luis Elizondo, quoted above, and several others who spoke at this press conference. Their previous career positions within the DoD, CIA, and Lockheed-Martin Skunk Works, entitle them to speak out with authority on the reality of UFOs.

And speaking of Roswell - that event was not directly addressed in this press conference. However, one statement made by Mr. DeLonge early in the press conference clearly alluded to Roswell when he said of the DoD, “It’s not in their job description to help you and me understand the universe, past events, or why certain actions were taken on the UFO phenomenon 70 plus years ago. They were actually dealing with it. So this brings us to today.”

[Interpretation:  Roswell happened, we covered it up, but we are not here to talk about that and we will not talk about that.]

​OK Tom, to help push your effort forward I am willing, for the present, to ignore 7 decades of the UFO cover-up and all the implications of that. I see an opportunity here. This is a real breakthrough in the UFO “Truth Embargo” stalemate, and I am going to make every effort to help this roll out and to progress smoothly. I want this effort to succeed, and my $1000 investment in To the Stars Academy of Arts and Science has nothing to do with it. This is about UFO Truth and, at this point in my life, there is little if anything more important to me. My investment was, plainly and simply, a vote of confidence in Tom DeLonge and a leap of faith that he and his team are going to take the UFO reality in a new and fruitful direction. That is my hope.     

Tom’s statement clearly alluded to the Roswell event, and I am grateful that at least there was some minimal attention given to this truly milestone event. It is Roswell, more than any other UFO event in history, that has sustained the drumbeat of UFO Truth for more than 7 decades. Yesterday, we finally heard the truth spoken from living people in career transitions whose previous job descriptions involved not only hiding the UFO phenomenon from the American public, but also in trying to understand it, and to reverse engineer the hardware that was recovered from Roswell and other such events.  I am certain that Dr. Marcel, my friend and my colleague, would have loved to listen to this press conference while he was still alive but, as they say, this event has come “too little, too late”. Nonetheless, I hope we will soon see whether 7 decades of concerted efforts within the DoD to capitalize on Roswell has now brought us to a time when all of humanity will benefit from this momentous event - because the fruits of Roswell should belong to all of us. To the Stars Academy of Arts and Science is apparently the vehicle through which such benefits may finally redound to tax-paying American citizens and, indeed, to all the citizens of Earth.   

In my conversations with people about UFOs I am often challenged with the argument that goes like, “Yes, of course UFOs exist, but they are all our own experimental aircraft”. The To the Stars Academy of Arts and Science press conference also thoroughly destroyed that argument through statements made by 2 other individuals. First, Mr. Chris Mellon, Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence during the Clinton and Bush administrations, while telling of an incredible November 14, 2004 event involving a UFO, the USS Nimitz, the USS Princeton, and several F-18 fighter jets, stated:

“Clearly, this is not an experimental U.S. aircraft, but whose is it? How did it accomplish these feats? This story may sound like a sci-fi movie, but it is a true story and far from being the only one of its kind.”

Lastly, an important quote from Jim Semivan, retired senior intelligence member of the Central Intelligence Agency:

“These things (UFOs) are real. These things are out there. They’ve been out there for a long time. They are not the provenance of the government or any government of the world. They belong to us. These are things that happen to people all the time. And these are things that we need to explore. And we need to finally get together to figure out what this is all about.”

Mr. Semivan, I couldn’t agree more. Several previously obscure things are now certain. This press conference, and the irretrievable words that were unequivocally spoken, lead us to these conclusions: the UFO phenomenon is real, they do not originate within the US, Russia, China, or any other nation on Earth, and they are complex technologies of incredible aeronautical capabilities that have deeply concerned some of the most clandestine military, scientific research, and intelligence efforts of the major nation-states of our world for decades. They stem from an interested and an interesting intelligence we do not yet know, but one that is most certainly here, now provably here, monitoring Earth and interacting with human civilization. They appear to be at least neutral, if not benevolent. We would all do well to pay attention to these important developments. You can begin by watching and listening to the press conference referenced above in this video (below). Think carefully about all the implications of what you are about to learn.

This Defense Intelligence Agency file number 405389, dated January 8, 1989, was electronically transmitted to Ms. Heather Wade (hostess of the radio program Midnight in the Desert) on June 13, 2017 by individuals known to her who apparently wish to remain anonymous, at least for the time being. Careful inspection of these documents reveals that every point disclosed by both Major Jesse A. Marcel, Sr. and his son, Dr. (Col.) Jesse A. Marcel, Jr. concerning their involvement in the 1947 Roswell UFO crash and retrieval is well corroborated within the text of these pages.

If it can be proven that these documents are genuine (as they certainly appear to be), then there can be no doubt that much of what has heretofore been labeled as "lore" surrounding the reality of the UFO phenomenon, the details surrounding the Roswell and Aztec, NM UFO crashes and retrievals, the existence of the Majestic 12 group, and the ongoing USAPS (Unacknowledged Special Access Programs) extant within Military-Industrial-Complex and involved in the reverse-engineering of these and other extraterrestrial spacecraft are, in fact, REAL! Having known Dr. Marcel as both a medical colleague and a friend I have never had any doubts about the veracity of his (and his father's) claims that "The Roswell Incident" was in fact the crash and recovery of an ET UFO.

If you have not seen this enigmatic video produced by Pepsi titled BLACK KNIGHT DECOD3D, then I urge you to take a few minutes to watch this:

What cannot escape our attention as we watch this video is its complete lack of any mention of a Pepsi product, despite this being a rather elaborate, and we can guess fairly expensive-to-produce Pepsi “UNcommercial”. Nowhere during this video are we reminded to buy and consume Pepsi Cola. We do not see a can of Pepsi on a table, or a Pepsi billboard glaring at us from Times Square. We do not hear the word “Pepsi” ever mentioned. Only with a very brief display of the Pepsi logo at the end of the video, as the credits begin to roll, do we encounter any clue that PepsiCo was involved in the production of this video. So what is the meaning of this? What kind of “advertising” is this? What is really going on here?

Because I closely follow any and all information I can glean from the internet having to do with UFOs, crop circles etc., I have seen mention of The Black Knight (TBK) satellite before. Up until now I have not given TBK much attention. I will not be arguing here that TBK satellite is real and it is ET in origin, although perhaps this may be so. What I am convinced of, however, is that this video is not intended to be an advertisement for PepsiCo. Rather, this dramatic and well done video is a message intended to be a “shot across the bow” of the Deep National Security State (DNSS), the shadow government that continues to lead our world down a dark and potentially very destructive path. The DNSS has been evolving and has been engaged in this process since the time of the Roswell UFO crash event of 1947. To understand this connection, you must be aware of an important event that just took place on November 21, 2015 in Washington, D.C.

The November 21 event to which I refer was a 4 hours-long presentation by Dr. Steven Greer, M.D., founder of The Disclosure Project and leader of the current-day group SiriusDisclosure.com. Now go make some popcorn and pull up a comfortable chair.

​Dr. Greer has unflaggingly engaged in a truly heroic, 25 year effort to pry UFO Disclosure from the greedy hands of a cabal referred to by many, including President John F. Kennedy and Senator Daniel Inouye, as the “shadow government”. Dr. Greer refers to this polymorphic, international entity as the “Deep National Security State”. You will note that Dr. Greer’s epic presentation was delivered 3 days (note the video title spelling of “DECOD3D”) after the date that Pepsi’s video was published on YouTube, November 18, 2015. We can strongly suspect that this relationship is not a coincidence.

​The bottom line here is that PepsiCo is now apparently aware that many if not all of Dr. Greer’s assertions regarding the DNSS and USAPs (Unacknowledged Special Access Programs) are factual. PepsiCo’s executives have apparently finally realized that they cannot sell Pepsi products to the scorched Earth that will result when the DNSS plays their final card, as predicted by German rocket scientist Werner von Braun, and we all end up in an unwinnable war with the DNSS's contrived and ultimate “enemy”, the ET races who are currently here and who are, at least for the time being, PEACEFULLY observing humanity. We can assume that many other trans-national corporations that are not in bed with the DNSS, each quite large and financially powerful in their own right, must now also be cognizant of these unpleasant realities. If you don’t believe this then watch this video produced by Disney in 1995 called Alien Encounters.

​Three striking lines are made very clear in Pepsi’s video: “This is not science fiction.”, “This is real.”, and “This is only the beginning”. Well, if “this is only the beginning”, I can’t wait to see what comes next. Hopefully we will begin to see many other large, non-cabal, trans-national corporations begin to realize that their continued silence regarding real Disclosure is an invitation to the Deep National Security State, aka the shadow government, cabal etc., to continue doing what they have been doing for the past 68 years and counting. That is, to suck huge sums of money out of our economy (8.7 trillion dollars according to Greer), to engage in illegal and unconstitutional mafia-style activities, to assassinate Presidents and movie stars, to intimidate and ridicule private citizens, to smuggle addicting drugs into our country for their own financial benefit, to murder 3000 American citizens, to develop unconscionable weapons of mass destruction, to lead us into wars that should never have been fought, to decimate the social structure of the Middle East, and to create rabid enemies of our country in every country on Earth, as well as (potentially) in space. The list goes on.

If they will work together, a multitude of trans-national corporations working in concert have the means and the power to put a sudden and final stop to the illegal activities of the Deep National Security State and I am now convinced that such a cooperative effort is underway. Let us hope that “This is only the beginning.” I think I will go have a Pepsi while I wait for Disclosure driven by trans-national corporations that have apparently awakened to these inconvenient, yet very real Truths! May the force be with them!

On Tuesday evening, November 10, 2015 an important video was presented at the Jesse A. Marcel Library. For those unable to attend, I have posted the video (above) and a link to the video HERE. When you can, please watch this video in its entirety and, most importantly, SHARE this video with your email contacts, Twitter contacts, Facebook friends, family members etc. I will explain why I think this video is important below.

Although the three UFO cases described in this video by Brazilian UFO researcher A.J. Gevaerd have been in the public domain for years, in this video Mr. Gevaerd clearly describes the strategy through which these three specific cases allowed him and other Brazilian UFO researchers to approach Brazilian military authorities with undeniable  facts that proved the direct involvement of the Brazilian Air Force, Navy, and Army in the investigations of these three UFO cases. In this video  A.J. describes the years-long process of his team's negotiations with Brazilian military authorities and its result, and he mentions that within the documents they have now received from Brazilian military authorities may be official documents that also prove the direct involvement of our own U.S. military in providing personnel, photo equipment, and video equipment to the Brazilian military during Brazil's“OPERATION SAUCER”.

That our own U.S. military allegedly played a role in Brazil’s “OPERATION SAUCER”, and that this role may be recorded within official documents now released by the Brazilian Air Force into the public domain, suggests that a similar strategy could be utilized to approach our own U.S. military with a similar FOIA petition. Such a petition would justifiably request that all documents, photographs, video etc. describing our own U.S. military’s direct involvement in “OPERATION SAUCER”, and all conclusions reached as a result of that investigation, now also be released into the public domain.

Because I do not read Portuguese very well, and because I am unable to access some of the PDF document files displayed on the Brazilian UFO website (http://www.ufo.com.br/), I have written to Mr. Gevaerd, asking that he provide direction to any official Brazilian Air Force documents that specifically describe the direct involvement of our U.S. military in the prosecution of OPERATION SAUCER. Hopefully Mr. Gevaerd will find time to respond to this request.

If Brazil's military branches retain this much documentation of their UFO investigations over many decades, we can assume that our own U.S. military and intelligence communities have withheld a literal warehouse-full of similar information from the awareness of American citizens.Perhaps official Brazilian documents from OPERATION SAUCER could provide a lever to open that warehouse door.

​Let's begin by listening to this brief statement from Admiral of the Fleet Lord Hill-Norton (above).

Just as I do not question the truth of my colleague and friend Dr. Jesse A. Marcel Jr.’s story about his first-person involvement with a crashed Extraterrestrial UFO in Roswell in 1947, or this statement from Admiral of the Fleet Lord Hill-Norton, I am just as certain that journalist Linda Moulton Howe publishes what she believes to be reliable, but oftentimes difficult to verify information, on her website Earthfiles (www.earthfiles.com).

Over the past few days and after reading Linda Moulton Howe’s Earthfiles October 3, 2015 report concerning a series of strange events that involved U.S. Army Sergeant 1st Class “C.J.” and his family, I have been feeling a deeper-than-usual level of frustration, resentment, and grave concern regarding our government’s / military’s long-standing and ongoing cover-up of the UFO / ET reality. I continually wonder what we might all do to help end this ill-conceived and harmful policy which began so long ago, and that continues through the present day. Given the content of the message (see below) received by “C.J.” as related in Linda’s Earthfiles report, I believe that we should all be very concerned. However, because our nation’s leaders have chosen to withhold the honest truth about ET visitation to this planet for so long, I know that most people are unlikely to take C.J.’s story or similar accounts seriously unless and until they hear the Truth spoken from our President, Barack Obama, in the up-front, straight-forward manner that Truth should always be spoken by a President of the United States of America.

Below I will summarize the main points of Linda's recent Earthfiles report. I encourage everyone reading this to subscribe to Linda’s website Earthfiles, so that you too will have access to not only her excellent and much more detailed original reports, but to all of Linda’s archived reports which are critical to gaining a comprehensive understanding of what has been transpiring on this planet relative to the UFO / ET phenomenon.

Briefly summarized, Army Sergeant 1st Class C.J. and his family leave Hunter Army Airfield, Richmond Hill, Georgia at 8:30 PM on June 28, 2015. The family is moving to C.J.’s new post assignment at Fort Carson near Colorado Springs, CO. C.J. enters their final destination of Colorado Springs, CO into his new GPS. They leave the Savannah metro area following Interstate Hwy 16.

While still following their GPS but for an unknown reason (perhaps due to an unusually dense fog) they deviate from their I-16 course and instead turn on to US Hwy 1 N. At 1:20 AM on June 29, they find themselves in Wadely, Georgia (135 miles from Richmond Hill) and experience a huge, brilliant disc-shaped (UFO) over the road and above their truck. The UFO is an estimated 820 feet long and 160 feet high, and is at an altitude of 200 feet above their vehicle. They believe their UFO sighting to have lasted for between 5-8 minutes. However, it had been almost 5 hours since they left Richmond Hill. (i.e. the couple has approximately 3 hours of missing time). When they become re-oriented near a church in Wadely, their GPS unexpectedly indicates “arrived final destination”.

C.J. resets the GPS for Colorado Springs, CO and then drives just north of Atlanta to Kennesaw, GA. At 7:30 AM they check into the Magnuson Hotel. They rest there during daylight hours and then drive on through the following night (now June 30) to Padukah, KY, where they stopped to check into a Motel 6 at 5:34 AM. C.J. then finds himself in the bathroom of their Motel 6 room, awakened from an apparent trance state during which he was compelled to write down symbols consisting of lines and squares from left to right, on the back of the Motel 6 full page receipt. The symbols on the page as written by C.J. are shown in the photo (right).

 It has been independently confirmed both by myself and another researcher (Dr. Horace Drew)  that C.J.’s symbols are in fact a message written in binary code that can be translated via a standard ASCII table. C’J.’s message reads as follows:

“Continuous protection of humanity 49.27n, 11.5e. Expose Hidden Knowledge to ALL ` citizens. Advancement imperative for planetary survival. Beware of Orion 1350.3 and Z Ruticuli 39.170. Avoid [signal] messages sent.” 

Linda’s Earthfiles report continues on from here, but it is here that I will end my summary of her report with this quote from her interview with C.J. that summarizes, in part, his “gut-feeling” assessment of what all of this might mean for humanity:

C.J., I completely agree with your assessment of what this all means, although I believe that our lack of advancement in both our spiritual and social development (rather than our technological development) are the areas of greatest concern. In my view the words in the message “imperative for planetary survival” carry with them a sense of urgency that should not be minimized or overlooked (nor covered up).

That those in our military / government who have taken the “might makes right” approach to preventing U.S. citizens and indeed all of Earth’s citizens from knowing the Truth about ET visitation to this planet is an example of the most un-democratic, unwise, and ignoble decision/policy-making that I have encountered during my 60 years of life on this planet Earth. From the message we have been given through you, C.J., and via Linda Moulton Howe, I, too, believe that it is clear that those who have for so long covered up this information MUST IMMEDIATELY RESCIND the UFO/ET Truth Embargo before it is too late. Through this message “they”, whoever “they” are, have delivered a mandate, a mandate that I would interpret as AN ORDER, that the Truth about the reality of ET/UFO visitation to this planet be finally and at once  revealed to all of mankind. From the tone of this message it does not sound as though there is a moment to lose.

As pointed out in Linda’s article by message analyst / code breaker Dr. Horace Drew, the first set of numbers communicated in the message, 49.27 n, 11.5e, are exactly the latitude and longitude geographical coordinates of Nuremberg, Germany. One visitor to The Jesse A. Marcel Library stated that her interpretation of why Nuremberg was referenced in this ET message had to do with the Nuremberg Trials post WWII, during which members of Hitler’s Nazi regime were tried for war crimes and for crimes against humanity. This clear reference to Nuremberg may have been included in the message as a reminder that those who continue to engineer and sustain “The Truth Embargo” have now transitioned into the realm of what many (including myself) will consider to be a conscious and willful perpetration of yet another crime against humanity, a crime which may well justify trials similar to those that were carried out post-WWII in Nuremberg. My advice: “Expose Hidden Knowledge to ALL citizens.” Do it NOW.
